These services are complementary in nature and should be integrated as part of a comprehensive approach to your health and well-being that includes appropriate professional medical care.

Age of Participants

While I work with clients of all ages, clients under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any services. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of services and digital products.

No Guarantees of Results

While many clients experience beneficial effects from Reiki such as relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, and enhanced sense of well-being, results vary from person to person. I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, healing, or results from any service or product offered.

Reiki supports the body's natural healing processes, but each individual's experience and response is unique. Some people experience immediate shifts, while others notice gradual changes over time.

Potential Reactions

Some individuals may experience what is known as a "healing response" or "self-healing reaction" during or after a Reiki session. This may include temporary tiredness, emotional release, increased urination, or mild physical sensations. These are generally considered normal responses as the body processes and releases energetic blockages. However, if you experience any concerning symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider.

Distant/Remote Reiki

Distant Reiki sessions are delivered remotely, without physical presence. You do not need to be in the same location as the practitioner to receive the energy healing. Distance Reiki operates on the principle that energy is not limited by physical space or time.

During distant sessions:

You may be sleeping, resting, or going about your daily activities
No physical contact occurs
The session is sent at a pre-arranged time
You may or may not consciously feel sensations during the session
